We’re committed to pioneering traditional blacksmith techniques while also investing in new technology to continually improve the quality and longevity of our products.

Quotation
Our team will provide a preliminary quote based on your measurements. If you’re building, we can also quote directly off your building plans.

Check Measure
Once your deposit is paid, we’ll schedule an onsite measure. For staircases and complex areas, we use Leica 3D Disto technology for precision laser measurements.

Design Stage
Taking into account your style, measurements, and any structural constraints, our designer will guide you through concept development and move your project into drafting.

Design Approval
Once you’re happy with the design and our production lead signs off, your order will move into the fabrication stage.

Production
Our welders begin by printing your design at a 1:1 scale and prepping all materials. Every item is handcrafted unless otherwise specified.

Treatment
Your product undergoes multiple treatments—including galvanising and rust protection—to ensure a premium finish and long-term durability in harsh environments.

Paint
After treatment, each item is hot-dip galvanised and sealed, then oven-baked to lock in the finish and maximise durability.

Installation
Our experienced in-house installers complete your project on-site with precision. Every product comes backed by a 5-year structural warranty.
We use 12 gauge iron steel which is
33% thicker than industry standard.
Each design is meticulously handmade. Front entrance doors are insulated with polyurethane foam to minimise heat loss and improve energy efficiency.
They also undergo an extensive 8 step paint process. This includes sandblasting, galvanising, hot zinc coating, priming, and an automotive-grade paint finish.
All baked at 100°C, then sealed with a clear protective topcoat for long-lasting performance.
